A booking bot for clinics and medical centres: it helps patients choose the right doctor, shows live availability, reschedules visits and offers cancelled slots to people on the waiting list.
Challenge
Reception staff switch constantly between phone calls, WhatsApp and website forms. While a patient waits for a reply, the right slot may be taken, and schedule changes do not immediately reach the conversation.
No-shows are another drain. Reminders are sent manually or not at all, and when someone cancels at short notice, patients on the waiting list never hear about the newly available time.
Solution
SlotBot does not give medical advice. It helps the patient choose a department and appointment type, then presents live slots from the clinic system. Booking, rescheduling and cancellation all happen in one conversation with the calendar updated immediately.
Before the visit, the bot requests confirmation. If the patient cancels, the opening is offered in turn to suitable people on the waiting list. Reception staff see every change in the calendar and can join the conversation whenever needed.
