This document explains what data creativestudio.kz collects, why, and what happens to it afterwards.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, a contact (phone or email) and the message text — whatever you type yourself.
We also store the page the request was sent from and the time it was sent, so we understand the context of the enquiry.
We never ask for documents, payment details or any other sensitive information through the site.
Why we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and discuss the work.
We do not use this data for mailing lists unless you subscribe separately, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the work and mandatory record-keeping require.
You can ask us to delete your data — write to info@creativestudio.kz and we will.
Where the data goes
A request reaches our internal notification channel and/or CRM. These are the services we use to handle enquiries.
If you accept the cookie banner at the bottom of the screen, anonymized site-usage data is shared with Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica — services that help us understand how visitors use the site.
We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrica. Their scripts run only after you accept the cookie banner at the bottom of the screen — no analytics cookie is set before you click "Accept".
If you decline, or just close the banner, tracking stays off. The site uses no advertising trackers or marketing cookies.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or request its deletion.
An email to info@creativestudio.kz is enough for any of these requests.
