Tender work requires specialists to manually track several government portals, read the spec of every lot to judge whether it fits the company, and keep track of who on the team is handling which application. The more portals involved, the higher the risk of missing a lot or reacting too slowly.
Solution
We built a platform that pulls goszakup.gov.kz and Samruk-Kazyna lots into a single screen, automatically scores each lot for risk, and offers natural-language semantic search. AI matching picks relevant lots for the company profile (activity type, keywords and КТРУ codes, regions, budget) every day on its own. A team Kanban pipeline tracks each application stage from review to win, while a separate Compliance Checker uses an LLM to check spec requirements against the characteristics of the product being supplied. A Telegram bot provides instant alerts and /search, /digest commands, and a REST API integrates with 1C and CRM systems.
