DocPilot — a document bot that finds the answer and cites the exact clause
A bot for teams working with contracts, policies and tender files: it searches a private document base, cites the page and clause, and routes mandatory review to legal.
Challenge
The relevant condition disappears among contract versions and appendices. An employee sends a straightforward question to legal and waits, while the lawyer searches for a clause they have already explained before.
Basic search depends on exact wording and misses scans, tables and equivalent Russian or Kazakh phrasing. Yet an “intelligent” answer without evidence is risky: a single word in a contract can change the obligation.
Solution
DocPilot indexes PDFs, DOCX files, spreadsheets and scans only from folders the user is allowed to access. Every concise answer includes the file name and version, page and exact excerpt, with the source document one click away.
The bot does not make legal decisions in place of a specialist. Questions about risk, deadlines, penalties or data handling are marked as preliminary and sent for review. When a document changes, the index refreshes and the superseded version no longer informs answers.

From the team
When contracts are involved, a polished answer without a source is useless. We therefore made verification, not text generation, the core of the product: file, version, page, excerpt and a clear route to legal review. DocPilot speeds up retrieval without pretending to be a lawyer.
